Shipping and Tracking
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.
Presently, we do not offer international shipping.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping at this time.
Yes we can! Please allow for additional shipping time for APO, DPO, FPO and PO BOX addresses. Those orders will be sent via USPS priority mail and different shipping rates may apply.
We are eager for you to receive the products too! But please note, we handle all orders with care. After your order is placed, please allow several days for it to ship. Delivery timing depends on your distance from our fulfillment center. You can keep tabs on its travel by checking your tracking number which we send to you once your order ships.
Yes. At check-out, you will be given the option of selecting your method of shipping.
Please use the tracking number provided to you via email to check the tracking information on the carrier’s website.
If a package is returned to Sean Remy due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address the customer is responsible for the return shipping and re-delivery costs. Please contact us immediately if you used an incorrect shipping address.
Due to the automated process our warehouse fulfills and hands off orders to our logistics partners for shipping, we are unable to cancel or stop shipment on an order that has been created in our system.
Sean Remy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Sean Remy will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Returns and Replacements
We always stand behind the quality of our products, but we know skincare is personal. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging (manufacturer's box, secondary packaging, etc.) accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error by Sean Remy.
Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or reimbursed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Once your package is delivered, please email us at customerservice@seanremyskincare.com with your tracking number letting us know. Refunds will be issued 3-7 days after you email us.
Any products received after 30 days from delivery will not receive a refund. If most of the product is used, you will not receive a refund.
Once we receive your package back at our facility, please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement or for it to be posted back to the payment source that was used to place the order.
If you receive a damaged product, please email us at customerservice@seanremyskincare.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

YES, Sean Remy is 100% cruelty free. We do not test on animals and are certified by Leaping Bunny
Yes. All our products are natural. We use organic plant-based ingredients and are proud to say that most of our ingredients are also USDA Certified Organic or ECOCERT.
Our products can last up to 12 to 24 months after opening.

We're thrilled to hear that you're interested in trying out Sean Remy products. However, currently we do not offer samples.
